MARYLAND’S BIT PART IN HOMELAND SECURITY THEATRE

Check out Maryland’s ‘Terror Billboards’  –

(Jack Mullen) – Driving around the State of Maryland (State slogan: “The Free State”) one could get the impression he or she has passed into an alternative universe where the State had morphed into a dystopic, Orwellian-Jumbo-Tron surveillance state complete with big screen outdoor billboards advising ‘citizens’ to be ever vigil of possible terrorist activities and encouraging ‘citizens’ to report any ‘suspicious’ activities they might observe.

Orwell’s “1984” can be viewed as the Bible of Tyranny, Mind Control, and Scientific Enslavement, the entire book is a explanation of today’s manufactured false reality, culture and expression of a totalitarian State supported on fear; a mind crushing, thought controlling, humanity limiting, IQ damaging, containment cube, squashing the life and potential out of the ‘citizen’ while confining the soul to a prison of impossible self-actualization.

The State of Maryland and other states now under the control of nationalist hating, Constitution ignoring, One World Government promoting, agents of a foreign occupation force are participating in a giant psychological operation (psy-op) trying to give credibility to the phony terrorism narrative being pushed on the public mind by the Usurped Federal Government.

01MAY2014: Happy Mayday! Supreme Court: Pennsylvania cops no longer need a warrant to search citizens’ vehicles

The State of PA may have forgotten that the Supreme Law of the Land including the first 10 amendments have been “incorporated” in all State Constitutions as cited in US Supreme court ruling McDonald v Chicago 2010 — The 4th amendment says :

The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.

The Supreme court ruled in Arizona v. Gant in 2009 that police can only search your car without a warrant if they feel their safety is in question .. or after there is an arrest, a need to preserve evidence related to the crime of arrest from tampering by the arrestee.

I would argue that the police in PA will find “probable cause” probably cause they want to search your car ….

Evidence that America has been captured by a Police State is everywhere. A hallmark of police states is the loss of the right to privacy and private property.

Most people do not know :

The number 2 source of revenue resulting from police arrests and traffic stops in the United States is called “Civil forfeiture ” It is basically cops pulling over cars and searching cars, then finding money and stealing it. They also seize property including vehicles, boats, houses etc if you are involved in a drug crime — but outright theft is outright theft ..

For example :

“Virginia State Police stopped Victor Luis Guzman for speeding on I-95 and seized $28,500 from him. But law enforcement didn’t ticket or charge him with any crime. A church secretary, Guzman said he was transporting the cash for his church. The money in question was from parishioners’ donations. He was able to retrieve the cash only after an attorney who served in the Justice Department’s Asset Forfeiture Office during the Reagan administration took his case pro bono. ” *

I would conclude that police departments in PA are about to get richer .. and PA residents are about to fork over more of their hard earned money to criminals and gangs wearing uniforms ..

Middle class Americans are just FOOD for cannibals in government and other gangs — The New Highwayman is not a masked bandit … He is an armed Statesman wearing a uniform and professing he is on the scene to help …

(Lancasteronline) – Pennsylvania police officers no longer need a warrant to search a citizen’s vehicle, according to a recent state Supreme Court opinion.

The high court’s opinion, released Tuesday, is being called a drastic change in citizens’ rights and police powers.
